Once you unlock a level, you keep it for 12 months, and your rolling 12-month spend determines whether you hold it or unlock a higher one after that.

Your rolling 12-month spend is reviewed daily and excludes returns and refunds. New orders count once they are paid. Spend past a higher level's threshold at any time, and you unlock that level automatically.

For example, if you unlocked Level 3 on the 1st of January 2026, you keep Level 3 until the 1st of January 2027. To stay at Level 3 beyond that, your rolling 12-month spend needs to be more than $800, the Level 3 threshold.
