Tracking updates can sometimes pause for a few days and this is usually normal. Australia Post doesn't scan parcels at every stage of their journey, so it's common for tracking to go quiet even while your order is still moving.

Common tracking delays:

• Just received your shipping confirmation? It can take 24–48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.
• Is your parcel in transit? Tracking may not update for 2–3 business days, particularly for regional deliveries.

When should I contact you?

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with Australia Post and keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
