Why has only part of my order arrived?Updated 4 hours ago

Your order has most likely arrived in more than one parcel. We sometimes split shipments when items are dispatched from different locations, so the rest of your order is still on its way rather than waiting for everything to ship together.

How to check:

• Check your shipping confirmation email. If your order was split, you may see more than one tracking number.
• Check your tracking. Some split shipments travel under a single tracking number, so parcels can arrive a day or two apart. If your tracking shows Delivered but some items are still missing, another parcel is often still on its way.

Prescription medication is always shipped separately from the rest of your order.

If the remaining items haven't arrived within 3 business days of your first delivery, contact us with your order number and we'll check the status of the outstanding parcel(s).
