If your Auto Delivery price has changed between deliveries, this is likely because it follows the current website price of each product.

The most common reason for a change is a promotion ending: if a product was on sale for your last delivery, the next one returns to the regular price.

Your 5% Auto Delivery discount always applies on top of the current price, whatever that price is.

Your Auto Delivery price is locked 7 days before your delivery is due and is confirmed in your upcoming order reminder email.

If a price looks wrong to you, contact us with your order number and we will check it against the website price straight away.
