Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery with Australia Post typically takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on where you live.
To check your order right now:
- Open your shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link.
- Or log in at vetslovepets.com.au/account and open your order to see its status and tracking.
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after you receive your shipping confirmation.
When to contact us: if your order has not arrived within 8 business days of your shipping confirmation, or your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, please get in touch.
