If we do not receive your original paper script within 7 days, your future repeat orders may be delayed until the original script arrives, because the pharmacy must hold the physical script before dispensing additional repeats.

If you have already posted your script, you can disregard any automated reminders, or send us the postage tracking number and we will note it on your file.
