We’re so sorry. Losing a pet is enormous, and the last thing you need right now is admin. Just contact us once, and a real person will take care of everything from there.

We’ll handle everything for you:

• Auto Delivery: cancelled immediately, including any order that’s about to process.
• Recent or undelivered orders: refunded in full.
• Prescription medication: refunded in full too. You don’t need to return anything to us.
• Emails: we’ll stop reminder and reorder emails for your pet.

Refunds usually reach your account within 3–5 business days.

What to do with food and medication: unopened food can often be donated to a local shelter or rescue. For unwanted medication, your community pharmacy can accept it free of charge for safe disposal through the Return Unwanted Medicines (RUM) program.
