My parcel says delivered but I haven't received itUpdated 4 hours ago
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check around your delivery spot first. Parcels are often safe-dropped somewhere out of sight, left with a neighbour or another member of your household, or occasionally marked as delivered a little before they actually arrive.
Worth checking:
- Around your door, porch, carport, and behind gates or pot plants.
- With household members and neighbours.
- Your letterbox for an Australia Post collection card.
If it still has not turned up within 24 hours of the delivery scan, contact us with your order number. We can obtain proof of delivery, including the safe-drop photo where one exists, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we will send a replacement.
Please note: Australia Post safe-drops by default. You can change your delivery preferences, including requiring a signature, in the AusPost app.
