My parcel is "awaiting collection". What does that mean?Updated 4 hours ago

Your parcel is being held for you at your local post office. Australia Post does this when there was no safe place to leave it at your address, or when there was an issue confirming the address on the parcel.

What to do:

1. Open your tracking link. It names the post office holding your parcel.
2. Take photo ID and collect it at your convenience.

Collect it promptly. Parcels that are not collected within Australia Post's holding window are returned to the sender, and that adds a week or more before we can get your order back to you.
