The most common reasons a code will not apply are an expired code, a minimum spend that has not been met, or another discount already on the order, since our system allows one discount per order.

Quick checklist:

1. Minimum spend: many codes need a minimum order, commonly $100. Check the email the code came in.
2. One discount per order: if the order already carries a discount, a second code will not apply on top.
3. Expiry and single use: most codes have an end date, and goodwill codes are one use per customer.
4. Typos: paste the code rather than typing it, with no spaces.

Important: codes only work at checkout. They cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed, so if a valid code will not apply, please contact us before you order.

If you have checked everything and it still will not apply, send us the code and a screenshot of your checkout, and we will look into it.
