Your pet&apos;s script is on file when we hold a valid prescription for your pet with repeats remaining, and you can order against it straight away by choosing &quot;Use my script on file&quot; at checkout. A script goes on file after your first prescription order with us, or when your vet sends a script directly to VLP Pharmacy.To check at any time, contact us with your pet&apos;s name and the medication, and we will confirm the same business day whether the script is on file, how many repeats remain, and when it expires. Most veterinary prescriptions are valid for up to 12 months unless your vet set an earlier expiry date.If your vet has just sent a new script, you do not need to contact us to check that it arrived. We will confirm with you as soon as it is received and verified.
