<p id="isPasted">Level 4 VLP Rewards members receive 8,000 bonus points for their pet&apos;s annual vet check by emailing a receipt or certificate from the vet visit to our Customer Care team. The receipt or certificate must include a line item such as &quot;consultation&quot; and must be dated within the past 30 days.</p><p>You can claim this benefit once per 12-month period, and the vet check must occur after you unlocked Level 4. For example, if you claimed the bonus on 1 January 2025, you can claim it again on or after 1 January 2026, provided you have maintained Level 4.</p>
