Verifying your script usually takes less than a business day: if your order and a clear, eligible script reach us before 11am AEDT, your order is typically dispatched the same business day. Orders after 11am, or scripts needing clarification, move to the next business day.

What verification involves: our pharmacy team checks the prescription details, the prescribing vet's registration, and that the order matches exactly what your vet authorised.

What can slow it down:

• A blurry or incomplete photo of the script. A clear, flat, well-lit photo of the whole page avoids this.
• Details that need confirming with your vet. If we need to call your clinic, timing depends on their availability.
• The order not matching the script. We always dispense exactly what your vet wrote, and we adjust the order to match the script if needed, never the other way around.
