Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days of ordering: dispatch from our warehouse takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on stock levels. Metro areas usually sit at the faster end of the window, and regional and remote areas at the slower end.

All deliveries are sent with Australia Post. Express Post is available for prescription medications, and all other items ship with standard Australia Post delivery. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email arrives.

Orders sometimes ship as more than one parcel so that nothing waits on anything else, and prescription items are dispensed by our partner pharmacy and always arrive in their own parcel. Parcels from the same order can arrive a day or two apart.

If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number.
