How is my current spend calculated?Updated a month ago

Your current spend is your 12-month spend with Vets Love Pets, which is reviewed daily and excludes returns or refunds. Your spend updates once orders are processed and dispatched. Once you unlock a Level, you hold that Level for 12 months unless you spend enough to unlock the next Level.
