How do I reset my password or update my details?Updated 10 days ago
Use Forgot password on the login page and we email you a reset link straight away.
- Go to vetslovepets.com.au/account and select Forgot password.
- Enter the email address you order with.
- Open the reset email and choose a new password.
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? The address you entered may not match the one on your account. Contact us and we will find your account by name or order number.
Link not working? Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Reset links also expire, so request a fresh one if it has been a while.
To update your details (name, email, address, phone): log in and edit them under your account settings. For a change to the email address itself, contact us and we will update it securely.
