If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Orders begin processing within about 30 minutes of being placed, so address changes are time-sensitive.

Before dispatch: we update the address and your order ships to the new one.

After dispatch: we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse. A recall through Australia Post is sometimes possible at their discretion, and the recall fee is payable by you unless the error was ours. If you are home when the parcel arrives, you can also refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us automatically. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we refund the products. If the parcel is left in a safe place instead, you can return it unopened for a refund.
