How do I cancel my Auto Delivery?Updated a month ago

You can cancel your Auto Delivery at any time from your account. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees, and you can also pause or skip deliveries instead if you don't want to cancel completely.

To cancel your Auto Delivery:

1. Log in to your account at vetslovepets.com.au/account.2.

2. Open the Auto Delivery section.

3. Select the subscription you want to cancel, then scroll to the bottom and choose Cancel.

Don't want to cancel completely? You can pause or skip upcoming deliveries instead, then restart your Auto Delivery whenever you're ready.
