If you’d like to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Orders begin processing within about 30 minutes of being placed, so cancellation is time-sensitive. Giving us a phone call is the fastest way during business hours.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. As long as you contacted us before dispatch, your refund is honoured.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. Prescription medication is different: once dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded, so contact us especially quickly on pharmacy orders.

Auto Delivery orders process at their scheduled time each morning. To stop one before it processes, skip or cancel it in your account the day before, or contact us early.

Accidental order? It happens. Contact us straight away, and we will do our best to resolve it.
