If a product page has disappeared or has shown unavailable for a long time, contact us with the product name, and we will confirm whether it has been discontinued by the manufacturer or is simply out of stock.

If it has been discontinued:

• We will suggest the closest alternatives we stock, including the same brand's replacement product where one exists, since manufacturers often discontinue lines in favour of a successor.
• For prescription diets and medications, check any change with your vet before switching. Your vet knows why your pet was on that specific product.

If it is coming back: we will tell you, and the Notify Me button on the product page will email you on restock.
