We do not currently offer Express Post on non-prescription medication orders, and all orders ship with standard Australia Post delivery. We are actively working on making Express Post available.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. If your order is urgent, contact us straight away with your order number and we will ask our fulfilment team to prioritise it. We will always try, and we cannot guarantee an earlier dispatch.

For prescription medication that is urgent, mention it when you contact us. Pharmacy orders have their own handling, and an express upgrade is sometimes possible before dispatch for an additional fee.

The most reliable way to never be waiting on an urgent delivery is Auto Delivery, which reorders your regular products before you run out.
