Once prescription medication has been dispensed and has left the pharmacy, legislation does not allow it to be returned or refunded. Storage conditions after dispatch cannot be guaranteed, and this rule protects every pet's safety.

Before dispensing is different. If your order has not yet been dispensed, contact us, and we can cancel and refund it.

If your script authorises a smaller quantity than you ordered, we dispense exactly what your vet authorised and refund the difference without you asking.

If you need to dispose of any unneeded medication, take it to any community pharmacy and ask for the Return Unwanted Medicines (RUM) bin. It is free, and it keeps medications out of waterways and away from other animals.
